RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
AY Cosmetics Products can be only be exchanged from online store only within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Although No Cash Refunds.
Items purchased on promotions (deal), sale and discounts will not be returned or exchanged.
Items purchased from the online store cannot be returned or exchanged from the retail shops, There is no return or replacement of items if the customer does not like the shade, colour, texture or change of mind.
The product should not be used/opened, tags must be intact and the product should be good in condition.
Any refunds for items purchased within bundle sets are not accepted separately.
The original invoice is required for exchange within 7 days of purchase for unused products in original packaging.
All issues must be fully resolved within 20 days from delivery.
5-10 business days required for the refund charge to reflect back onto your bank statement.
